DesignPoint’s services fall into 5 basic categories:
- Jump Start programs
The initial few days using SolidWorks 3D design software is when you’ll need SolidWorks help the most. We offer our customers one and two day Jump Start programs where one of our certified SolidWorks engineers assists your users in building your company standards directly into SolidWorks.
- PDM Implementation services
Maximizing the time-to-market benefits of concurrent engineering initiatives while maintaining data control and automatic distribution to the people who need it—when they need it—is critical to a manufacturing organization’s success. We help you integrate a comprehensive product data management system where data integrity can be assured and all changes to it are monitored, controlled and recorded.
Workgroup PDM is typically implemented by a DesignPoint Engineer in three days. The first two days are dedicated to training the clients administrators and establishing a well-configured vault. The third day is reserved for training the remainder of the client's users.
Enterprise PDM implementations start at five days

- Design Automation and Custom Programming Services
Do you have a need to automate repetitive tasks to increase design productivity? Have a design challenge you cannot solve?
