SALES MANAGER

• 5 or more years of software sales experience
• 5 or more years experience with managing a growing team of software sales reps
• Manufacturing / design / engineering industry experience is a plus but all relevant experience will be considered.

INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE

• Individual must be articulate, engaging, and well spoken. 1+ years of inside or outside sales experience or appointment setting preferred.
• Heavy cold-calling experience needed as well as great relationship-building and telephone communication skills. Must be comfortable making 40 plus calls daily.
• Need to posses ‘hunter mentality’ and have a competitive personality.
• Manufacturing or recruiting industry experience is a plus but not necessary.

MARKETING ASSOCIATE

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Project Management (great opportunity for those who want to learn how to create, execute & manage competitive marketing campaigns.)
• Previous exposure to corporate Sales & Marketing.
• Web-savvy (must be able to work with basic HTML for email blasts and other marketing campaigns).
• Must be equally effective working independently or as a member of a team

FEA SPECIALIST

• Qualified applicant will participate in software demonstrations, seminars, training and analysis-related services to our customers.
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3 or more years performing real-life analyses using modern FEA applications such as ANSYS, Cosmos, SolidWorks Simulation or similar.
• Individual must be articulate, engaging, and well spoken.
• Must be equally effective working independently or as a member of a team
